Morley College London
Will is experienced in managing MIS staff and systems in the further education sector. He holds extensive skills in data analysis, report creation and systems development, with a background in specialist college funding and reporting requirements, and ILR processes and rules. He is proficient at working flexibly both within MIS teams and independently to meet internal and external deadlines including audits and statutory returns. He is also practiced at forging strong links with staff throughout institutions to deliver excellent service in systems and processes. He is experienced in leading MIS teams including a helpdesk team to meet the needs of stakeholders to the highest standard, an MIS development team to facilitate constant improvement and a funding and returns team to ensure external requirements are met and funding is maximised. He has also successfully implemented multiple systems to improve the experience of staff and students in line with strategic college goals and ensured the highest quality information is available across the college to senior managers, in the form of KPIs, and individual tutors, via personalised dashboards.

A marketing professional with over twelve years’ experience, Niamh holds the position of Head of Marketing at FlowForma, the leading provider of no-code process automation tools. Niamh is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and has a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree, specialising in Marketing from Dublin City University. She has a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing and a Professional Diploma in Social Media at the Digital Marketing Institute (IMI). Niamh recently completed the Enterprise Ireland led 'Innovation for Growth Programme' with the Irish Management Institute.
