Leading Schenker Singapore Operations Excellence & Business Process Re-Engineering in Contract Logistics and Air Freight Business Units over the last 5 years. Main task over the past 2 years was to drive transformation of Air Freight End to End processes towards digitization and digitalization establishing a new document workflow and creating value proposition to customers aligned to the digitization journey.

Prior to this role, was responsible as Head of Transport Management Group over a 4 years tenure, managing land transport distribution and cross border transportation.

With great passion for training and coaching, facilitated inhouse training and workshops in Lean and Kaizen related subjects over the past 11 years. As an active member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), Supply Chain and Logistics Academy (SCALA) and a certified ACTA trainer, conducted lectures and facilitated training for these Institutions in the following modules/topics:
