PEX Network’s key takeaways:
- iGrafx and NTT DATA INTRAMART have joined forces to drive the next phase of autonomous operations by integrating process intelligence, enterprise execution, and agentic artificial intelligence (AI) powered decision support.
- The announcement is timed with the Business Transformation World Summit in Miami, where both organizations are connecting with business and technology executives to discuss the future of agility in AI-driven operations.
- Building on a growing relationship, the collaboration aims to help enterprises transition from siloed automation to coordinated, insight-led operations that balance autonomy with governance and control.
iGrafx is partnering with NTT DATA INTRAMART, an enterprise solution provider within the NTT DATA group, to advance autonomous operations by unifying process intelligence, enterprise execution, and agentic AI-enabled decision support.
The announcement coincides with the Business Transformation World Summit in Miami, where both companies are engaging with senior business and technology leaders on the future of operational agility in an increasingly complex, AI-driven environment.
The collaboration builds on the companies’ growing relationship and their shared commitment to enabling enterprises to move from fragmented automation to orchestrated, insight-driven operations with autonomous adaptability and strong governance.
Agentic AI and process intelligence are increasingly colliding to usher in a new age of process optimization and automation in modern organizations. The PEX Report 2025/26 found that more than half (59 percent) of businesses are planning to invest in agentic AI/AI agents in the next 12 months, while almost a quarter (23 percent) currently use process intelligence to support business transformation.
Autonomous operations with process intelligence
As enterprises scale AI and automation, isolated task automation often increases complexity instead of reducing it. Achieving true operational autonomy requires connected intelligence that unifies processes, systems, decisions, and people on a transparent, governed foundation.
Advances in agentic AI are expanding what’s possible, but responsible adoption demands a strong process backbone and a trusted, adaptable execution environment.
The collaboration will address that need by pairing iGrafx’s deep process intelligence with NTT DATA INTRAMART’s scalable enterprise execution platform to enable next-generation adaptive orchestration capabilities, helping organizations to progress from traditional automation toward Autonomous Operations supported by agentic AI, stated a press releasee.
The joint initiative also aligns with the companies’ broader strategy to evolve the market toward autonomous operations, where insight-driven orchestration continuously improves execution while maintaining the visibility, auditability, and compliance required in enterprise environments.
“The market is clearly moving beyond point automation toward orchestrated, intelligence-driven operations,” said Alexandre Wentzo, CEO of iGrafx. “Agentic AI represents a fundamental shift in how companies operate. By connecting intelligence execution, we will enable enterprises to orchestrate work with autonomy, transparency, and trust. Our collaboration with NTT DATA INTRAMART accelerates this new era of adaptive enterprise operations.”

Collaboration connects insight, execution, and AI
The announcement marks the beginning of a multi-year joint development initiative bringing together product, engineering, and domain expertise from both organizations.
The focus is to design and validate:
- Agentic AI orchestration patterns
- Adaptive decision flows grounded in process intelligence
- Execution frameworks designed for governance and enterprise scale
The companies aim to deliver an operational model that mirrors how real organizations work: complex, interconnected, and requiring autonomy with oversight.
“Our customers are looking for ways to accelerate execution without losing visibility or governance,” added Yoshihito Nakayama, CEO of NTT DATA INTRAMART. “This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to connecting insight, execution, and AI – and to enable enterprises to respond faster to change while preserving trust, compliance, and operational discipline.”
