PEX Week 2015 Announces Pegasystems Senior Vice President Louis Blatt Will Deliver Keynote Address On Digital Transformation
PEX Week is delighted to announce that Pegasystems Senior Vice President Louis Blatt will deliver a keynote address outlining the role of business process professionals in driving digital transformation.
Empowered customers and new digital technologies are challenging large enterprises to transform the way they do business and engage with customers. Business process professionals can be the change agents who ensure that their organizations are the disrupters rather than the disrupted by driving meaningful digital transformation. Blatt will share best practices and lessons learned from his work with some of the world’s largest organizations that have embarked successfully on this journey and arm attendees with practical advice on how to champion their own organization’s digital transformation journey.
"To compete and prosper, companies must become digital enterprises," said Blatt. "End-to-end process digitalization can improve customer and employee experiences while significantly reducing costs. This session will focus on how companies can change processes, systems and business models to become ‘digital by design’ in this new customer engagement paradigm."
PEX Week unites process professionals to address the Drive to Performance Excellence. Specifically, the event will look at how the customer experience can be put at the heart of your process design and delivery, finding the sweet spot for the ultimate process partnership, marrying tested methodology and technology while achieving an agile organizational structure.
Attendees will be able to define their process excellence strategy through case study presentations by Mike Fenocketti, former Process Leader, Target Corporation and Devin Rickard, Head of Change Management, Adobe Systems Inc., Rolls Royce, Verizon, SouthWest Airlines and more.
