What is Process Excellence?
Process is everywhere. We have creative processes, thought processes, manufacturing processes, peace processes...and the list goes on. Process is the underpinning of mass manufacturing and the entire global economy; without processes the world as we know it would cease to exist. But just what is process excellence?
This high energy video debuted during PEX Network's PEX Week 2012 and looks at the importance of making sure that business processes serve the customer (and not make customers serve the process). Statistics about changes in the global economy from manufacturing to services and data from PEX Network's global benchmarking survey, inform the video.
