8Flow.ai announced the launch of Workflow Context Platform for people and process intelligence.

The platform is built to provide enterprises detailed visibility into frontline operations, enabling organizations to identify specific inefficiencies and opportunities for agentic workflows, optimize processes in real-time, and measure the true impact of artificial intelligence (AI) implementations, according to the announcement.

While traditional process mining, task mining and analytics tools show what happened, the Workflow Context Platform is designed to reveal how work gets done at the micro-level, 8Flow.ai stated.

The Workflow Context Platform will be showcased at Customer Contact Week (CCW) in Nashville next week.

Capturing actual workflows of frontline teams

By capturing the actual workflows of frontline teams across ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud, and other business applications, enterprises gain actionable intelligence that drives immediate improvements in productivity, quality, and employee experience, stated a press release.

Key capabilities include:

  • Process discovery and optimization that automatically maps and analyzes workflows across teams and systems to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and agentic opportunities.
  • People intelligence that helps businesses understand individual and team work patterns, coaching needs, and productivity drivers with AI-powered insights while delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Real-time analytics that monitor operational efficiency as it happens, enabling managers to make data-driven decisions and interventions that improve outcomes immediately.
  • Automation intelligence that surfaces high-impact automation opportunities with detailed blueprints specifying exactly what should be built, including implementation requirements and organizational context.

The growth of process intelligence

Process intelligence is an emerging, data, and technology-driven approach to process management. It facilitates the collection, visualization, and analysis of operational data to provide deep insights into how processes are performing and identify areas for improvement.

Almost a quarter (23 percent) of surveyed firms use process intelligence to support business transformation, the PEX Report 2025/26 found. Furthermore, 22 percent are planning to increase investment in process intelligence in the coming year.

There are multiple trends shaping and driving the process intelligence landscape – ranging from evolving technology advancements to changing business needs and requirements. Process Intelligence is considered a vital component of successful AI adoption, providing the deep process context required to drive true business value from AI tools.
