Stefan is leading the GFGWay ERP Program, which will standardise and harmonise the ERP systems within the GFG Alliance Australia businesses. The Program will transform the Australian based companies and will replace 8 legacy ERP Systems with SAP S/4 HANA.

As part of the implementation program, Stefan is spearheading the implementation of Signavio Process Intelligence to support the governance and on-going business improvement in the Procure to Pay Process area. This approach will provide the project team and later on the business invaluable insights how the end to end process is executed and where non-conformance, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks are occurring, and process or SAP System training needs to be applied.
