As part of the global leadership team, he develops the direction and approach for value chain optimisation for the Lego Group spanning from product development to supply chain and retail execution. Klaas is personally responsible for delivering global projects with strategic significance in operations, supply chain and commercial channel expansion. Simultaneously developing a program and team that drives continuous performance improvement in the Asia Pacific market organisation.
