4:15 PM EMBEDDING BEHAVIOR FOR SUSTAINABLE TRANSFORMATION: WHAT WORKED AND WHAT HASN’T?

Transformation is often messy, nonlinear, and emotionally charged. For Chief Transformation Officers, the hardest work often lies not in the design of change but in the embedding of behavior. This session invites practical, honest reflections not just about what worked but also what didn’t. We will explore how behavior can drive sustainable transformation and examine the real frictions behind the scenes.
• What behavioral shifts have you found most critical in sustaining transformation within your organization?
• What mechanisms have you put in place to ensure transformation behaviors are reinforced over time?
• When did you know your initial approach wasn’t working, and how did you course-correct?
• What backlash did you face from the organization, and how did you handle it?
• Where did behavioral fatigue show up and how did you manage that?

Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Shannon.
