Kristen Ziegler is the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Bank of Missouri, where she leads strategic initiatives across Human Resources, Learning & Development, Fraud Prevention, and Customer Experience. With a master’s degree in psychology and a former career in law enforcement and criminal investigation, Kristen brings rare depth in understanding human behavior, performance under pressure, and what it takes to lead people through organizational change. A featured author in an internationally published anthology highlighting stories of grit and resilience in women leaders, Kristen is also a proud member of the St. Louis Titan 100 Hall of Fame and serves on the Titan Board, championing innovation and leadership across the region.
