She is known for walking into unformed, under-governed environments and building the engine that turns C-suite strategy into governed, measurable execution—standing up transformation offices, designing new operating models, and leading high-impact teams. At KnitWell she built a transformation office from scratch that sequences the CEO's strategic roadmap into governed priority initiatives—consistently surfacing enterprise value and resource efficiencies. Across two decades—from Victoria's Secret and David Yurman to private-equity turnaround work—Jennifer has shown that transformation leadership is most indispensable precisely when times are hardest.
