Sounds like an Interesting book. I am one of the original Agilest and recently read DH2A - Distributed Hybrid Agile Adoption (DH2A) by Upadrista Venkatesh and found excellent. this is a new Agile Methodology, I assume that the book "Lean and Agile Value Chain Management: A Guide to the Next Level of Improvement" is more focused on the Agile methodology "Lean Development"?
