Anita Cunningham founded Quality Business Services in 2004. She is an experienced business leader with extensive business improvement experience gained over many years in industry, including five years with General Electric (GE). This is further enhanced by her hands-on strategy consulting experience gained with a highly regarded international management consultancy firm. She has worked across many industries such as transport, telecommunications, oil and gas, manufacturing, financial services, mining and retailing. Her qualifications include Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) certification from GE, Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons.), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Graduate AICD Company Directors Course (GAICD).
