Xiao Zhang is the Director of Analytics and Data Solutions at the University of Chicago, where she has contributed since 2015. She leads initiatives in statistical modeling, data visualization, big data analysis, and recommendation systems. Xiao supports various functions, including recruitment, budgeting, marketing analytics, and student outcome tracking across programs like the Master of Applied Data Science and the Master of Bioinformatics, Chief AI Officer, Chief Revenue Officer programs.
Before joining the University of Chicago, Xiao gained experience in industries such as Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Transportation, and Urban Planning. She is an alumna of Harvard Business School and McGill University.
