Vandana Khanna is a global finance and technology leader with extensive experience across diverse sectors, including Insurance, Consumer Goods and Telecommunications. She is known for leveraging technology to drive enterprise-wide transformation, she consistently delivers results by optimizing efficiency, accelerating revenue growth, and enhancing strategic planning and performance in global markets.

She is a Vice President, Digital Finance Transformation at MetLife. Before that she worked at Kenvue, a spinoff of J&J's consumer Health Division, as a Head of Global Finance Transformation, where she led the overall Finance Solution Design for Digital Transformation. She has also led transformations at Unilever and Verizon in the past. She holds an MBA in Finance and Technology from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh and has a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), India.

She is an avid supporter of Women in Stem and a champion of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. She has set up brand new ERGs across the organizations to attract, cultivate and retain diverse talent and increase visibility.
