Tushar brings to this role more than twenty-five (25) years of leadership experience in transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, he has successfully directed major modernization programs that have reshaped the operations of large financial institutions. Prior to this appointment, Tushar held executive positions at various financial institutions located in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant, accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accountancy from St. Xavier's College in India. In addition, he has completed certification in Foreign Trade from the Federation of Indian Exports Organizations (FIEO) and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification awarded by General Electric Corporation.
