Teresa George is a Partner in McKinsey's Chicago office, where she coleads McKinsey Transformation and Operations. She advises clients on enterprise-wide transformations that improve financial and operational performance, spanning technology, operations, growth strategy and organizational change. While she primarily leads large-scale supply chain and procurement programs, her client work covers the full spectrum of enterprise transformation across travel and hospitality, infrastructure, industrials and financial services. Recent work includes transforming the operations of a global travel and hospitality company — driving operating-model standardization, productivity improvements and change management at scale — and counseling CEOs and senior executives on leadership transitions, strategy and organizational change.
