Saurav (Rav) Gupta is a business-outcomes and enterprise transformation leader at Eli Lilly and Company with 18+ years across R&D, digital health, and commercial technology. As Senior Director — BU Product Strategy & AI Transformation, he is helping shape and lead Lilly USA's AI transformation agenda — defining the direction, operating model, and product priorities that determine how AI creates measurable value across the affiliate. Mr. Gupta holds an MBA in Marketing, Strategy & Innovation from Boston University and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. He served as an NSF SBIR/STTR Phase I and Phase II panel reviewer, supporting early-stage R&D commercialization across the healthcare technology ecosystem, and speaks and writes on how enterprises actually move AI from pilots to measurable performance.
