Roossely Delica is Vice President, AI Transformation & Engineering Excellence at Experian North America, where he leads enterprise efforts to scale AI and Agentic automation, advance engineering excellence, and create workforce capacity across business units and corporate functions. Drawing on more than 25 years in digital transformation and enterprise technology leadership, he blends Lean Six Sigma rigor, iterative delivery, and modern AI enablement to turn early stage pilots into governed, production grade capabilities that deliver at scale. Before Experian, he held senior transformation roles at General Electric and NextEra Energy Nuclear IT. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds three patents.
