11:30 AM CASE STUDY: FROM SPREADSHEETS TO SELF-DRIVING FINANCE - AGENTIC AI IN CONSTRUCTION

Margin pressure, delays, and constant uncertainty are pushing construction firms to rethink how decisions get made. Yet most project finance still runs on manual processes, weeks spent decoding drawings, and reporting that looks backward instead of ahead. This session explores how agentic AI flips that model: automating project setup, predicting delays and financial risk, and embedding intelligence directly into workflows so teams can act earlier, faster, and with greater confidence.

• Cut weeks out of project setup using AI agents that interpret complex drawings

• Spot delays and cost overruns before they happen with predictive analytics

• Move from static reports to real-time, forward-looking financial insight

• Scale AI effectively by putting domain experts at the center of design and adoption
