Nancy Nee, Ph.D., is a C-suite strategy, product, and transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise-wide change across financial services, government, technology, and mission-driven organizations. Her work centers on three areas: enterprise transformation, AI transformation from a business and operating perspective, and operating model transformation. Dr. Nee has led organizations through large-scale shifts in strategy, structure, governance, technology, and ways of working, helping executive teams move from fragmented initiatives to more integrated, outcome-driven models. She brings a business-first lens to AI transformation, focusing on where AI can create measurable value through improved decision-making, productivity, customer experience, and new product capabilities while establishing the governance, investment discipline, and organizational readiness needed for responsible adoption. She also specializes in operating model transformation, including the shift from project- and program-based execution to product-centric, agile, and outcome-focused models that better connect strategy, funding, accountability, and performance. Dr. Nee currently serves as Senior Vice President of Product Management Transformation at the U.S. Green Building Council/Green Building Council and previously held executive transformation and strategy roles at First Command Financial Services and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
