Marc Jourlait is seasoned business executive, Private Equity Operating Partner, Chairman of the Board, Board Member, and battle-tested consumer and tech turnaround global CEO. Marc Jourlait is the Senior Operating Partner at Riverside Private Equity Value Fund, he chairs the Riverside Operating Council and is Riverside's Ownership Works broad-based employee ownership program champion. He is Chairman of Board for the Riverside portfolio companies SCRAM Systems. siffron, CHG, Vomela and Christianbook. He equally serves as Operating Partner and Chairman of the Board of IMT, a Cathay Capital portfolio company. In addition, Jourlait is Chairman of the Board of Electrosonic, a family office owned business. Previously, Jourlait was also Chairman of the Board of Avenga, an Oaktree Capital portfolio company, sold to KKCG, as well as Chairman of PFB Corporation, sold to Carlisle Corporation. Before Riverside, Marc was CEO of Kodak Alaris where he stabilized and turned around the business portfolio preparing it for a divestiture. Prior to Kodak Alaris, Marc was CEO at Navico, a global leader in Marine Electronics, an Altor Private Equity owned portfolio company bought by Goldman Sachs in 2016 and recently sold to Brunswick. Before Navico, Jourlait was General Manager of Bose Europe, where he ran the entire €1B European business for Bose. Previously Jourlait held senior general management, product, and marketing positions over the course of his 38+ year career in some of the world's leading companies including Apple, HP, Seagate, and Technicolor. With triple citizenship (France, USA, Canada), he has lived and worked in a variety of countries, including France, the United States both in Silicon Valley and New York City, Japan, and Canada. Jourlait holds an MBA from ESCP Paris.
