Rabbani Lutfur is Vice President and Head of Operational Excellence & Transformation at Experian North America, where he leads enterprise efforts to improve productivity, modernize how work gets done, and turn emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes. His work spans operational excellence, AI, Agentic automation, software engineering productivity, FinOps, and large-scale transformations. With over 25+ years of experience in the industry, Rabbani is focused on rethinking continuous improvement for the AI era, combining Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, automation, and agentic AI to help teams solve problems faster and redesign work end to end. He also works across business, technology, risk, and leadership teams to move AI from experimentation into scalable, responsible solutions.
