Lori LaBeau is the Director of Organizational Change Management at ADM, where she helps organizations navigate the human side of transformational change — work that's especially critical as companies race to adopt AI. Lori specializes in translating high-level strategy into clear personal terms at every level of an organization, bridging the gap between leadership's efficiency-driven messaging and employees' fears about what change means for them.
Lori holds change management certifications from both PROSCI and Change Guides, is a certified PMP through the Project Management Institute, and is currently pursuing her CCMP. She has applied this expertise across a wide range of industries — including Banking, Medical Device, Human Nutrition, Agricultural, Automotive, and CPG — giving her a cross-sector view of how people respond to disruption and what moves them from resistance to genuine buy-in. Much of her work centers on partnering with executives and leaders to make sure change initiatives are properly sponsored, supported, and sustained, rather than stalling after rollout.
Beyond her role at ADM, Lori is deeply invested in advancing the change management profession. She volunteers for and has previously served four years on the board of directors for ACMP Ohio, helping build a stronger coalition around the profession.
Lori lives in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area with her husband, three children, and first grandson.
