Julio Ortiz Rivera is AVP, Process Excellence Delivery at Arch Insurance Group, where he leads transformation across underwriting and operations, manages an extensive portfolio of process focus areas, and drives AI adoption efforts across the organization. He has deployed three enterprise Lean management systems, built a process excellence function serving teams globally, and led clinical operations teams. His turn toward process excellence came in a transplant immunology laboratory, where he redesigned the deceased donor workflow so that donated organs could be allocated faster. Over the past twelve years, he has carried that discipline across industries, moving from individual processes to enterprise operating models. He holds an MBA in Finance. Originally from Orocovis, Puerto Rico, Julio lives in Connecticut.
