Jon is a seasoned CPG Supply Chain Planning leader with 15 years of experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE), Digital Transformation, and advanced data analytics. Over the past 12 years, Jon has held roles of increasing responsibility and leadership in multiple business units within Demand and Supply Planning at The Clorox Company.

For the past 2 years, Jon has been at the forefront of Clorox’s Digital Transformation within Demand Planning, focusing on AI/ML forecasting and Integrated Business Planning. In addition to his work in digital transformation, Jon currently leads the Business Planning Center of Excellence, where he focuses on standardizing work, deploying best practices, enhancing tools, and upskilling the organization into Sales Forecasting 2.0.
