Joan is an Operating Executive supporting Trivest's Discovery Fund and Fast Start platform. He partners with founders and management teams across Trivest portfolio companies to drive onboarding, integration, and early value creation, leveraging his background in investment banking, M&A, and hands-on operations. Prior to joining Trivest Partners, Joan held senior roles across private equity, corporate development, and investment banking, including positions at Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Affiliated Distributors, and KPI Solutions, an Ares Management portfolio company. His experience spans deal sourcing and execution, post-acquisition integration, and operational leadership in founder-led, lower-middle-market businesses. Joan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
