Filip leads the Advisory practice at Ashling, which includes business advisory services, solutions engineering, and value engineering -- or the practice of answering "why does this matter" for any intelligent automation program. Filip has spent the last 7 years in management consulting roles, closely tied to analytics, process improvement, and automation programs. Previously, he followed a non-traditional career track, starting off his career as an anthropologist calculating the economic impact of macaques on oil plantations, and working as an industrial and quality engineer in the life sciences space, before turning to management consulting. Filip holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance & Strategy from Olin Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis. He finds that his at times excessively analytical approach to life is an excellent fit for his current role, as he works to bridge the gap between technical and business needs, while driving strategy and purpose behind digital transformation programs.
