Elena Stefanova Gerdjikova is a passionate transformation professional with over 16 years of international experience leading Agile and Lean transformations, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and delivering impactful training and technology solutions that drive innovation, learning, and sustainable change across global organizations. Her career spans diverse sectors, including development, technology, and humanitarian operations. She currently serves as Transformation Program Manager at the World Bank, where she supports the enterprise-wide implementation of SAFe across ITS. Her work includes coordinating a Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and facilitating a pilot involving 25 teams.
