Dom is a Partner in McKinsey’s New York office and leader in McKinsey’s Transformation practice. He works with management teams to drive radical performance improvement and transformational change that sticks. His approach to transformation and value creation addresses all levers including revenue growth, cost reduction, cash optimization, culture, portfolio, and strategy. He brings experience from multiple verticals to actively mobilize organizations to create value for their customers, colleagues, communities, and shareholders. Prior to joining McKinsey, Dom held several airborne and intelligence roles, including combat service in Afghanistan.
