Dominic Skerritt leads the Operations & Strategy Group for OMERS Private Equity, supporting ~$20B in AUM. Prior to joining OMERS, Dominic was a Partner in McKinsey's RTS practice, based in New York and focused on partnering with management teams to drive radical, sustainable performance improvement. He served in the Australian Army for 13 years including combat and global operational leadership roles. He holds an MBA/MA from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA(Hons) from the University of New South Wales. He plays the guitar poorly yet enthusiastically.
