10:50 AM AI-ENABLED TRANSFORMATION - STRATICAL — APPLIED OPERATIONAL AI: THE MODEL AND METHOD BEHIND AI THAT MOVES THE P&L

Nearly every enterprise has adopted AI; only a small minority are capturing measurable value from it. This hands-on working session examines why the gap persists, and gives operations, data, and engineering leaders the two things that close it: a repeatable structure for AI output — Slide3's CDQ (Context, Data, Questions) framework — and an operating model for getting that output adopted, the beachhead pattern. Rather than a lecture, we run the model and the method live. Attendees bring one real use case and leave with a defensible way of thinking and a way of doing they can run immediately.
• Why firm-wide AI training produces completion certificates but no behavior change — and what actually shifts the human-to-AI ratio
• How the CDQ framework structures context, data, and questions to make AI output consistent, repeatable, and defensible enough to delegate Why small beachhead teams outperform enterprise-wide programs — prove it, codify it, expand to the team next door that saw it work
• Lessons from live implementations in pharma, financial services, and tech, including governing the speed-versus-control tension (PDLC → SDLC) and token economics as a new budget line
