In her career spanning 20+ years, Bernadette has led operational excellence and change initiatives across large corporates, such as Vodafone, GE, BHP Billiton, AMP, Rolls-Royce and various local, state and federal government departments. Bernadette is the Co-founder of a Business Process Management Consultancy firm and BPM software, PRIME BPM. Beyond her entrepreneurial achievements, she is an expert BPM coach and is associated with Deakin University as an Adjunct Associate Professor. She guides professionals in using BPM methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous business improvement.
