Tuesday, Jan 27: Change & Transformation Day 1

3:55 PM PANEL DISCUSSION – LEADING WITH METRICS: MAKING TRANSFORMATION MEASURABLE AND MEANINGFUL

Organizations face increasing pressure to transform amid rapid disruption and shifting stakeholder expectations. Yet many change initiatives falter due to vague metrics, unclear ownership, and limited visibility into progress. Leaders must go beyond setting vision, they must quantify and communicate the impact of change at every level. This session explores how to embed robust tracking, measurement, and reporting practices into transformation efforts to build alignment, accountability, and momentum.

  • Achieve alignment by co-creating measurable outcomes with stakeholders
  • Drive adoption by tracking behavioral and cultural shifts, not just milestones
  • Build trust by reporting progress in transparent, actionable ways
