Tuesday, Jan 26: Chief Transformation Officer Summit (Invitation Only)

9:45 AM WHO REALLY OWNS TRANSFORMATION (AND WHY THAT'S THE FUNDAMENTAL GOVERNANCE CHALLENGE?)

When enterprise transformation is owned by everyone, accountability for the outcome can quickly become diluted. As organizations establish transformation offices, AI teams, automation functions, strategy groups, and business operations capabilities, accountability becomes increasingly fragmented. This session tackles one of the most debated questions in enterprise transformation: Who is the ultimate owner of transformation and what's the best model for transformation?

• Identifying the best ownership model for strategic level transformation

• Designing the transformation engine: how business operations, strategy, and transformation functions fit together

• Where AI, automation, and enterprise data capabilities should sit and how they should collaborate

• PMO, EPMO, or TMO: which model best support your enterprise transformation?

• Federated versus centralized transformation offices: which approach delivers the greatest impact?

• Connecting teams "at the hip" around a shared transformation agenda and accountability model

• Prioritizing initiatives and aligning investments across multiple business units and competing priorities
