Adam is the president of Cherrill Consulting Group (CCG). CCG delivers enterprise strategy and operational excellence solutions that are quick to deploy, intuitive to use, and transformational in effect. CCG guides clients to build and sustain long-term competitive advantage. Adam is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), certified Nintex Process Mapping and Workflow Automation Expert, and Portfolio Management Professional (PFMP), the apex credential offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI). His multidisciplinary leadership spans strategy/business/technology development, operational excellence, capture & opportunity pipeline management, and project/program/portfolio execution, both domestically and internationally. Prior to launching CCG in January 2017, Adam was Senior Director, Strategy and Innovation, at Alliant Techsystems’ (ATK) Armament Systems, now a part of Northrop Grumman Defense. Prior to joining ATK in April 2010, Adam held various engineering, business development, and program management positions during a thirteen-year tenure with Raytheon Missile Systems. Adam holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on system dynamics and feedback control, as well as an MBA in general management, all awarded by the University of Arizona. In addition, Adam has earned two Advanced Certificates for Executives in Technology, Operations & Value-Chain Management and Management & Leadership, respectively, from MIT. Adam resides with his wife Stella and family in Sarasota, Florida.
