Organizations face increasing pressure to transform amid rapid disruption and shifting stakeholder expectations. Yet many change initiatives falter due to vague metrics, unclear ownership, and limited visibility into progress. This session explores how to embed robust tracking, measurement, and reporting practices into transformation efforts to build alignment, accountability, and momentum.
