The brand transformation aims to elevate ARIS beyond process intelligence and position it as the platform that enables AI-driven agents to operate with transparency, control, and deep business context across all disciplines.
Last week, ARIS appointed Guillaume Bacuvier as its new CEO to lead the firm’s transition from a market leader in process intelligence to a foundational platform for enterprise-grade agentic AI adoption and governance.

The ARIS global rebrand includes updated visual identity, messaging, and positioning across all touchpoints, including a new corporate website. ARIS hopes to reinforce its industry recognition as a leader in process intelligence and process mining, and set it up for its next phase of growth, stated a press release.
“This rebrand marks a defining moment for ARIS,” said Tom Pressley, chief marketing officer at ARIS. “We are evolving our company identity to reflect our strategic vision – to be the trusted platform that enables enterprises to harness the power of agentic AI responsibly and with control.”
The new brand articulates a broader purpose and value beyond traditional process intelligence – one that anchors AI autonomy in process logic, governance, and real business outcomes, Pressley added. “Together with our new CEO and leadership team, we are well positioned to accelerate growth, expand into new markets, and help customers innovate smarter and faster.”

From process intelligence to agentic AI
As enterprises adopt increasingly autonomous systems, they face new challenges around compliance, control, and trust. AI agents on their own lack the business logic to understand the companies and processes they are meant to automate.
