Chris, I'm just now having the time to view the recorded version of this session and already see the benefits during the first several minutes. Is it possible to access this and other sessions in a downloadable format? I would like to share this with my team. Thanks, Scott

Hello Chris, Just completed the webinar and very informative. Human involvement in any process improvement is very important to me as without buy-in from employees or colleagues it will fail. The motivation comes from the buy-in but even more so it comes starts with - Leadership, Training to Change and Mentorship. When a leader creates this type of environment the sky is the limit as far as solid and real improvements. As far as the phrases tied to traits I see myself: Where are the Keys = Need for Order and Structure. Most people have most or a large number of these traits without realizing it so it becomes the leaders' responsibility to zero in on what makes each person unique and tie that uniqueness to the projects at hand.

Hello Chris, I just completed the webinar and it was most helpful in understanding myself as well as my colleagues and or staff. The idea of motivating another person to achieve results has been sort of a pet pique of mine. Companies need to follow a basic concept in motivating people - Leadership, Training and Mentoring. On an individual scale I recognize myself in the statement and trait - Where are my Keys = Need for Order & Structure. However, I think people have a little bit of all these traits and it is up to the 'motivator' to find out the exact trait or traits that make one individual respond versus another individual.

Hi Chris,
I really look forward to your upcoming Webinar. I believe that as Leaders, we cannot motivate another Human Being. That motivation is internal and unique to each individual, that when leaders create an environment where that already existing motivation is allowed to be expressed, then that environment will basically enable that motivation to occur. Anyone can push others to produce a 5% productivity increase, but a Leader that pulls that creates an environment where that motivation can occur, well I have seen employee’s increase productivity 20% and I didn’t even have to ask.
Warm regards, Steve Bonacorsi
