Most things we do in life are processes. They allow us to do some pretty cool things: early cavemen developed a process for creating fire, the Egyptians had a process for building pyramids, and we figured out a process for smelting metals thousands of years ago.
But it’s really been only in the last century that businesses have really started to look hard at how improving processes can lead to better results – and develop some hard-core methodologies to help them do it.
