Head of Performance Excellence, Business Transformation S&P Global Ratings

Dina leads the Performance Excellence team within S&P Global Ratings’ Business Transformation team and is based in London. The Performance Excellence team brings together operational capabilities in Lean, Agile and Project Execution to drive business value creation.

In combining these capabilities with automation and advanced technologies, the performance excellence team leads transformation across the organisation by supporting projects that improve our ability to execute and develop capabilities in our people to allow them to own and drive a continuous improvement culture across the organisation.

Prior to this role, Dina has was part of a team that led an enterprise-wide lean transformation within Ratings and was previously a credit analyst in the insurance sector, covering companies in EMEA region.
