Caspar is a seasoned process excellence leader and strategic advisor with almost 20 years of industry experience. Caspar has build up his professional resume by excelling in various functional areas such as Business Process Management, Supply Chain Management and Logistics, IT and Procurement. Based on his broad experiences Caspar is able to translate business questions into actionable programs and solutions. 

Caspar joined Software AG in 2018 as Director for Transformation Solutions for the EMEA region. In this role he advises and supports customers with their challenges and projects regarding process excellence and management, process mining, enterprise architecture and more.
