This workshop will explore how large enterprises are enabling this vision by maturing the 7 pillars of enterprise business agility and measuring maturity, performance, outcomes/OKRs at every level of the organization.

design and product discovery
• Investing in outcome based planning and lean portfolio management • Designing teams around outcomes and shifting to value streams
• Optimizing delivery by maturing agile practices across teams has all team
• Investing in leader ship agility and building internal change agents

A volunteer skateboarding workshop to help further LPSTK’s (Lipstick Skateboards) mission to support kids living in under-served communities. Join the team to assemble skateboards in Lean fashion, express yourself artistically with some grip tape art, learn to properly balance
on a skateboard, send a postcard to the kids, or just enjoy some skateboarding videos!
