Led change management strategy
and approach for North American implementation of Nestlé Business Excellence Program, a
global initiative transforming system, process, organization and technology for
critical business end to end flows.
Led implementation of global Nestlé Continuous Excellence Program in $10 billion food business for new CEO, Nestlé
USA. Goals included cost reduction and revenue growth, higher employee
engagement and continuous improvement of value creation. Role included enterprise-wide
strategic alignment including cascading of strategic plans and performance
measures through brands, functions, and operations.
Managed business strategy and performance management approach for North
American shared services center and creation of a centrally managed,
geographically dispersed Global Shared Services organization.
Developed and supported change management approach for world’s largest SAP implementation.
Prior
to Nestlé, Stella studied and worked in Switzerland where her focus was on
strategic alignment and control systems.
She consulted in various capacities with British Airways World Cargo,
Pacific Region; Swiss Hospices, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Stella is UK-born;
speaks fluent French; and holds both an MSc in International Management as well
as a PhD in Economic Sciences from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
