Likhit has over 10 years of industry experience in driving process improvement through transformation programs to scale, run and optimize business processes. Likhit is responsible to implement and ensure the adoption of Digital Capabilities in Ericsson’s North America market area. Likhit is passionate about learning and leveraging digital supply chain technologies to enhance customer experience. He has published several articles and book chapters on effective Change Management and the impacts of Digital Transformation in the supply chain Industry. Joined Ericsson in 2014 and holds BS in Electronics Engineering (2008), MS in Supply chain management (2013), MS in Information Technology Management (2014). Also, he is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (2018), Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe Agile Scrum Master (2019), PROCSI certified Change Manager (2020).
