He shares his challenges with automation in the financial services industry and the lure of the hype surrounding the technology.
The UK financial services and insurance industry are more mature than other industries in their RPA and AI capabilities, he says.
“Where they are struggling is that they’ve just looked at robotic process automation as a single entity and they got excited by the technology but where they are struggling is looking at how they get it to work efficiently.”
