Equipping individuals with disabilities with valuable RPA skills
Since 2009, LAUNCH (formerly Learning Academy Services) has been at the forefront of creating innovative programming focused on improving employment and post-secondary outcomes of people on the autism spectrum. The LAUNCH approach promotes self-actualization, supports dignity of risk and seeks to help every person achieve their career aspirations.
LAUNCH has partnered with Automation Anywhere for more than five years to help adults with disabilities learn, practice and apply RPA and artificial intelligence (AI) tools, building confidence, earning industry-recognized credentials and gaining access to long-term career opportunities.
“We are thrilled to share that our work was recognized on the global stage,” said Fontechia. “This recognition highlights our commitment to equipping individuals with disabilities with valuable RPA skills and industry-recognized credentials through our Automation Program and Tech2Work initiative.”
The award is a powerful testament to the dedication of staff, the hard work of the participants and the impact of inclusive, tech-forward reskilling programs, Fontechia added. “We are grateful to Automation Anywhere for this honor and look forward to continuing our mission to create a more accessible and equitable workforce – one automation at a time.”
