Sorcha has been working with lean and continuous improvement for nearly 20 years, starting as a consultant based in London working across Europe. She has applied her knowledge across pharma, construction, transport and service industries to work with teams to improve the day to day working of operations to impact the bottom line. Life brought her to Singapore where she applied her skills within Dyson before moving back to the UK where she took a career break of nearly 3 years. A Returnship is what got Sorcha back into work as a Strategic Business Analyst in Hymans Robertson (a Financial Services company). In this role, she is working on strategic and transformational change programmes across the firm whilst also sharing her lean Six Sigma knowledge and championing the use of Returnships and diversity of thinking within Hymans and other companies.
