Harald started his career at Lufthansa Group as a Lean Manager for the Aircraft Maintenance Product Division of Lufthansa Technik. He moved on to spread the idea of lean to the Lufthansa Airline business, before taking up a leadership role in the central Process Management department of Lufthansa Group. In today's function as Head of the Center of Excellence Process Management Methods & Tools, he is responsible for providing the framework for managing and improving processes at Lufthansa Group. This includes the development and provision of Lufthansa Group's own process documentation tool, offering modeling services as well as helping the business functions to implement the framework to manage and improve their processes and thus their business.
