Noting that it is not hard to discover Lean Product Development and DFM principles, but it is much more difficult to actually successfully apply them, I am doing a thesis for my Masters work on successful implementation of said principles. I need data to formulate a position and conclusion. Does anyone have case study data from your company, which can remain anonymous, that you can share?
