Looking for a 'good' book on change management. Currently I'm about to begin with full speed BPM deployment in the organization and some good hits and tips in any form would be very useful. To be more specific, the status is that the organization's desire is to deploy BPM, though not all executive managers are convinced,due to lack of experience, of its advantage and potential benefits. So actually what I'm looking for is a combination of change management and good arguments supporting the goal.
